Whenever I hear the name ‘Bukidnon’, I think about vast green fields, jaw-dropping mountain ranges, and healthy crops. I can imagine fresh and lively color combinations. The growing shapes of biodiversity are the ones I can think about.

‘Twas my very first time to visit Bukidnon, and I swear its cool climate made me wanna look for someone I could hug all night. Haha just kidding.

But Bukidnon really has legions of cool places. The term “Bukidnon” is actually derived from the word bukid which could mean a farm or a mountain.

Bukidnon is actually referred to as the “Highland Paradise at the Heart of Mindanao”. It is also considered as the major producer of rice and corn in the region. It will only take you 3-4 hours to get to Bukidnon when you travel from Davao City (by land).

Bukidnon also has an overview park wherein you can clearly witness the panoramic view of its highlands or mountain ranges. The view is just so majestic and breathtaking. The clouds above are almost touching my head!

We also got the chance to tour around Binahon Agroforestry Farm. Mr. Henry Binahon and Mrs. Perla Binahon (BAFF Manager) are the owners of the farm, and their success story is just really inspiring. Mr. Binahon is also one of the most innovative and smart persons I have ever known.

In their 8-hectare farm, they practice sustainable and organic farming methods in pursuit of a sustainable ecological agriculture.

Bukidnon si just really splendid. When you wanna look for an escape and run away from everything that stresses you out, Bukidnon is the place to be!

Can you credit your images please? Cheers.
A friend in college told me once that it's the best place in Mindanao.

These are actually original photos of mine :) Yes, Bukidnon is a must-visit tourist destination in Mindanao.

Just mention at the end of your post that they're yours is fine. Cheers.

I would’ve written “Photo Source” if those weren’t mine. I didn’t have to mention it. You can even see me in almost all pictures that i attached.
