You are absolutely right, it is a phenomenon that appeared with the internet and possibility to hide identities. Psychiatrists most probably would have explanation for this but i bet very very few of them would take any real action in real life. On the other it's good, the most of aggression is released to social mediums and less aggression remain on the streets :)
