THE ART OF LUCID DREAMING (A HOW TO)

in #philosophy7 years ago

Dreaming is a fasincating but yet a mysterious piece of life as we know it. Sleeping has astounded many scientists and have left the study wide open to possibilities.

An average person indulges in sleep atleast 8 hours at night daily... or is that what the doctors want you to do?

Within this realm that we enter as we drift off, you can learn to control and conquer these dreams that you have.

We call this a Lucid Dream.

Lucid Dreaming can be accomplished multiple different ways, but they start off with motivation and really good dream recall. Meaning you have to get good at rememebering your dreams!

A great way to acheive this is to keep a dream journal and keep logs of everynight, date them, and always go back and read them often!

Next is what I call sleep/awake checks. Durring the day you should check your hands ALOT! Also look at the clock, then look away, then look back, and make sure it's the same time!

  • The reason for this is if you get into a really good habbit, you'll start to do these things while your sleeping. While your asleep and dreamimng away, everything within that dream worldf is distorted. Your hands will l not look like your waking life hands! The clock time will change or the clock will move when looking away and then back.

  • When you see these signs of distortion, you are sleeping and now (without freaking out and waking up) you can control your dreams from here.

DO THIS!!

Before you go to sleep, repeat EVERYNIGHT while looking at your hands "I WILL LUCID DREAM TONIGHT" I WILL LOOK AT MY HANDS AND KNOW I'M DREAMING" I WILL KNOW I'M DREAMING" Repeat this outlout for about 5 minutes, then in your head until you feel you just won't to fall asleep.

Your going to wake up at the initiation of a few lucid dreams until you can keep yourself calm to go about observing, flying, making love, or whatever you wish to do! be patient with yourself and keep improving your dreaming ability!

Now Remeber that Lucid dreaming is an art, and it can take a while to master! But once you get it, you'll always look forward to a good night's sleep!

Cheers and happy Dreaming!
