As everyone knows, we do not consciously perform activities such as heart beating and digestion. The maintenance of all the homeostasis of the human body and the many other activities of the living body appear to occur 'spontaneously' to my consciousness. It is a story that happens unconsciously.
This is not limited to physical things. The same is true of the way I treat myself. It is also the feeling. These thoughts and feelings also happen unconsciously rather than we intended. The worries, anxieties, and fears we are doing now are just one fish, one wave, coming up on the surface of the water for a very short time in the open sea. It will be a point of cloud with a broad blue sky. It's just that many of the possibilities happen just as reflexively or in time due to some stimulus.
When I think of it as a dark cave, it is a conscious activity where I shine the flash. I do not know what will pop out there.
Here is one concept we need to know. It is called 'Trance'. In this case, it is better to understand that the subconscious is open. Trance is a very common occurrence. It is not just checking the fish on the sea, but going into the sea and seeing it. If I had been blocking through a rational shield, I would have opened the door to the unconscious.
In other words, the door to get into the unconscious is open for a while, and you can see the inside for a while. This situation is so important. This is because the information injected from this state is difficult to change easily when the door is closed after leaving this state. Here is the reason why we consciously try to change our beliefs and experience information imprinted in the unconscious, but we are in vain.
What is funny is that we usually fall into the trance state too easily. In the next column, let's take a look at cases where you can easily fall into the trance.
