There are so many things that people don't completely except in other people. Skin color is one but then there is clothes, language, background, living standards etc..
As an adult, it is easy to deal with people who don't accept you but as a kid, it is often destructive. And yet, depends on a person but often bullied kids grow up stronger individuals. Not always though and that's sad. I hate bullies and I hope my son will avoid that.
Teach him not to care about the opinions of others or attach himself to their definitions and it will not matter. Avoiding bullies is a losing game and it lead to people who are either attention seekers or continual victims of the world.
That's true. It teaches him how to deal with the world. Still, I would like him to have a nice childhood with friends and stuff. :)
