Thank you @choogirl. I've been trying to figure out how to use the msp upvote to be able to do this for others. I tried putting it in the upvotes section, but it said I wasn't registered, so I sent the bots a reminder and tried again, but it said I had to wait 12 hours! 😦 Unfortunately the deserving post will have run out of time now. Oh well, I'm sure I'll get the chance to try again.

Ok, I just checked and you're verified in MSP. You can definitely use the bots. Yes, wait 12 hours, otherwise it blocks you. Also, make sure you wait at least 20 mins before trying to use the $upvote or it will freeze you for 12 hours before you can vote on that post again.
This is to stop abuse of the MSP bot.
