I will share how to make the brains of mackerel fish for you all hopefully useful.
materials used:

  1. 350 grams of tenggiri fish meat, finely chopped
  2. 100 grams of sago flour
  3. 1 egg
  4. 25 ml thick coconut milk
  5. 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  6. 5 cloves of garlic, puree
  7. 1/2 teaspoon of taste flavor
  8. salt to taste
  9. banana leaves to wrap to taste

How to make:

  1. mix fish with sago flour and eggs mix well
  2. Enter pepper, garlic, flavoring, salt and thick coconut milk stir well
  3. take a banana leaf, give top with 2 spoon batter fish
  4. fold both sides, pinned the tip of the leaf tip
  5. steam for 15 minutes
  6. burn on the embers, until the leaves are brownish

how to make peanut sauce:

  1. 150 grams of fried peanuts
  2. 3 pieces of red pepper
  3. 3 pieces of chili pepper
    4,100 mili warm water
  4. 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  5. 1/2 spoon of granulated sugar
  6. salt to taste
    peanut sauce / peanut puree with red chili and cayenne pepper.
