Thats a hard question. The phone cameras (at least in the top end of smartphones) are quite good these days so there is little point going for a point and shoot. There are quite good Micro Four Thirds systems (MFT / M4/3) out there now which have interchangeable lenses or mirror less APS-C systems. What are you looking to do with it?
I Huawei P20 a good phone cam?
