Experimental Light Painting on the World Mirror
Before I get to light paint with a model I practice some free-hand shapes. These are two examples of this method. Just a few days ago I shared with you some results with the model. Often the Light shapes themselves already give a cool result, such as these two examples.
Bevor ich mit einem Modell Light-painte, übe ich eigentlich immer einige Freihandformen. Hier seht Ihr mal zwei Beispiele für diese Methode. Erst vor wenigen Tagen hatte ich ja schon einige Ergebnisse mit Modell und Tube Light Painting mitgeteilt. Oft ergeben sich schonmal tolle Bilder nur mit diesen Übungsbildern. So dann auch hier.

Das zweite Beispiel zeigt perfekt, dass dies keine Photoshop-Effekte sind, sondern dass ich hier um den Effekt zu erreichen mit der Light-Röhre herumschwenke. Alles mit der Hand. Siehst du meine Beine und Schuhe?
Here you see me making some quick adjustments to get the reflection also into my composition. The images here are missing that. When introducing the model I really want to show off the huge mirror effect.
Hier seht Ihr, wie ich noch schnell einige Kamera einstellungen anpasse, um die Reflexion auch in mine Komposition zu bekommen. Das fehlt den Bildern hier. Bei der Vorstellung des Modells möchte ich unbedingt den riesigen Spiegeleffekt zeigen.
Driving through the Salar de Uyuni seems super simple because it's as flat as one can think of the earth (some people really believe that). Some areas have a few centimeters of water and some are salt pans without water. In areas where there is water, you may not see the holes but you could actually get stuck in them. So if you drive through the Salar be careful at all times.
Durch die Salar de Uyuni zu fahren scheint super einfach, weil es so flach scheint, wie man es sich nur vorstellen kann (manche Leute glauben wirklich das die Erde eine scheibe ist). Einige Gebiete haben einige Zentimeter Wasser und einige sind Salzpfannen ohne stehendes Wasser. In Bereichen, in denen es Wasser gibt, können auch "Schlaglöcher" auftreten. Da kann man tatsächlich auch darin stecken bleiben. Wenn Ihr also selber durch die Salar fahren wollt, seien Sie immer vorsichtig.

Ich wünschte wirklich, ich hätte mehr Zeit da draußen gehabt. Aber jede Nacht endet halt irgendwann, wenn die Sonne aufgeht ;-)
