Just outside Glenwood Springs Colorado, lush new growth is reclaiming this area which burned eight years before this photo was taken as the Coal Seam fire quickly swept through here burning everything in it's path including many homes. The fire started from within an abandoned coal mine which got away. It's beautiful to see life coming back in such a robust fashion.

That's a cool picture! Very pretty and amazing how quick the plant life comes back and regrows. Makes me think we could solve some of these major environmental issues in the world in time if we just give the earth a chance to repair itself.
It is amazing. Life is ready and waiting for the right conditions to open the door and get things started.
