Hi Folks!
In today's gallery - Henfallet waterfall - located near Tydal in the region Sor-Trondelag, middle Norway.
It is 80 meters tall and is the largest in this area.
We can drive to the parking spot nearby the falls, where we can find nice rest area, some picnic tables and viewing platform.
The only problem there is that there is no any prepared, safe path to the bottom of the valley and better view on the waterfall - and it is almost impossible to get close to it - maybe if we decide to go by the rapid stream or fight our way through the bushes and steep rocks - which in my opinion is extremely dangerous.
Also - the road to the parking place near the waterfall is closed during whole winter and most of the spring time, so the only way to get there then is by feet - but it is about 8 km by the gravel road so... quite a long hike ;).
I was there only once - in early summer time - the waterfall itself looks really powerful and the area is very beautiful. Worth visiting if we will be around in summer time.
