#824 - Monochrome Shots for Monday.

A blessed evening once again this first day of the working week fellow lovely Hiveans. Early today we had to wake up at five because we need to be at the theater at seven for my son's moving up ceremony and graduation too of other levels. So we just ate a light meal composed of bread and hot milk to fill the stomach and then went to the place of graduation at seven. We were just right in time for the ceremony, there were kindergarten and grade six students who were graduating and the the grade ten who were moving up. There's only like two hours for all of the procedure to complete but it wasn't enough. So the program had to extend almost an hour and when we finished there's a next batch of graduation that took place. It was the grade twelve students who were on the ten o'clock time window. So when we go out of the theater there's already a pack of people waiting just outside to move to in our place. There's parents and students outside. The system was that per student two persons are allowed to enter hence it's my wife and I who came. But if we were busy that time then I could have my mother in law come instead of me. So after the program was finished we decided to eat outside as a simple celebration for the efforts my son has exerted to get to grade eleven. We decided to ate in a Chinese restaurant because we all love the dimsums like pork siomai and chicken feet. I will share some of the photos later on.

Moving on to our daily shots we have here several monochrome shots in the streets of the city of pines. First we got is a scene during one raining afternoon right after the school is over. We could see several students and young people here walking on the road side. They were also lining up while walking in their respective direction. Some shared their umbrellas with their peers who didn't brought theirs. It's sharing is caring thing which was already practiced way back also during my elementary and high school days😄.

Then we got here two gentle men in front of a little store. Not sure what they are up to in there but looks like they were doing some purchase of the items in front on the small store which also offers cash in and outs using gcash which is an electric means of cash trade. Then there's also a woman on the left side of the frame who was just caught while she was walking and almost past the scene.

Then we got here an old reliable small jeepney on a full stop right on the roadside. The driver was waiting for passengers at the same time while the traffic light was against him for atleast a minute. There's also a yin woman caught smiling on the right side of the frame.

Then here is the shot of my small family it's just the three of us. Right after the moving up ceremony we went outside and waited for the graduates to finished first with their photos and then it's our turn after. We just took some shots and this selfie of us three.

As I have mentioned earlier we just went out for an simple celebration in a Chinese restaurant. These are some of the orders aside from fried rice and beef noodle soup. We got some chicken feet, some pork siomai and then a couple of bean curd. All the orders we got were consumed about thirty minutes. The three of us were hungry already since we only ate bread for breakfast. Hence we were hungry when we digged in.
