Noah walked along the river, staring at its perfect reflection.
The world above and below looked the same.
"Strange how perspective shapes reality," he muttered.
A whisper came from the trees. "Perspective or perception?"
The water was too still. He leaned closer.
The reflection was not a reflection.
It was another world watching him back.
A tree below blinked.
Noah stepped back.
His mind said it was just water. His gut said run.
Some truths appear only when you stop looking.
And Noah had seen too much.
