Today the sky has finally cleared its gray clouds and revealed colors that we had almost forgotten in the gloomy greyness of these last days ...

yes I'm probably exaggerating a bit, but the sensation is there yet, as a relief to know that the sun still exists, that its rays are always the sweet-warmest, that the blue is the color that goes so well in the sky, and that we breathe better without a straitjacket of clouds ...

I also had to go check if my lake was still there, if he was still the most beautiful ... 😊

I found him very agitated ... waves crashed on the edge of the rocks more strengthly than usual ...

The lake usually so calm, with water rippling gracefully, only fussing at the approach of a boat mistreating its waves a little,
here it is today shaken by wind, a cold wind that I had not guessed when I left my house, and which had gathered in front of my lake to stir its waves

How beautiful is this agitation! This is my lake under a new angle, and I definitely love it too 😉

Aujourd'hui le ciel s'est enfin dégagé de ses nuages gris et nous a dévoilé des couleurs qu'on avait presque oubliées dans la grisaille morose de ces derniers jours...

oui j'exagère probablement, mais la sensation est bien là pourtant, comme un soulagement de savoir que le soleil existe toujours, que ses rayons sont toujours les plus chauds, que le bleu est la couleur qui va si bien au ciel, et que l'on respire mieux sans un carcan de nuages...

Il fallait aussi que j'aille vérifier si mon lac était toujours là, s'il était toujours le plus beau...😊

Je l'ai trouvé très agité...des vagues venaient se briser sur le bord des rochers avec plus de force qu'à l'accoutumée...

Lui d'habitude si calme, à l'eau ondoyant avec grâce, ne s'agitant qu'à l'approche d'un bateau malmenant un peu ses vagues,
le voici aujourd'hui secoué de vent, un vent froid que je n'avais pas deviné en sortant de chez moi, et qui s'était rassemblé devant mon lac pour agiter ses flots

Comme cette agitation est belle ! Voilà mon lac sous un angle inédit, et décidément, je l'aime aussi ainsi 😉

Tout à coté sur l'herbe, un cygne se dégourdit tranquillement les pattes, peut-être attend-il que le lac se calme, peut-être en a-t-il assez d'être balloté comme un sac de patates au gre des vagues et du souffle du vent ?

Il n'est que 15h30 et le soleil d'hiver est déjà bas...il est temps de se séparer mon beau lac, merci d'avoir partagé l'image de tes flots tumultueux avec nous...

Absolutely magical Barbara, it doesn't even look like is winter. I can totally feel the fresh air just form looking at your beautiful photos and feel the sun on my face 😍

Yes we do not have snow in the city, we can see it on mountains around and feel the fresh air, but except that and the sometimes very low temperatures, we still have a late autumn, and the swan is enjoying it 😊

Oh you know, last year he almost disappear 😥 he lost A LOT of his water due to the hot season and the level was very low, well he did not disappear but it was very worrisome and it lasted until winter ... there were huge sandy beaches as the water had withdrawn as for a low tide ... and it is a lake, not an ocean 😏 😄
