10,000 Roses Café and More is popular in my town, Cebu City. After making a huge buzz on Facebook, it is visited by locals and foreigners for it is visited by its beautiful place and its roses. And these are not real roses, these are artificial, LED-powered roses. That’s why it’s best to go there during dusk until night.
