One of the pieces that many couples want in the wedding world is an engagement session. They are often used for "Save the Date" or wedding announcements which are printed on post card sized media and then mailed to friends/family to prepare them for full wedding invitations which may later mailed. They are of course also shared on social media and used to celebrate the engagement of the couple.
While engagement photos have long been a tradition, they historically were most often placed in newspaper articles announcing the engagement and upcoming wedding date. Of course as we know, the death of newspaper and rise of social media has changed this process as one would expect.
