Definitely the Rokinon 24mm f/1.4. Just gotta make sure you get a good copy of the lens since they're known for quality control issues.
I don't do any stacking.
Don't let your equipment stop you. I shot milky way photos for my first year with a kit lens and a Nikon D5100.
