Another very old shot! Heavy rains caused the usual t Rest Stop to become rapids - giving me an opportunity to shoot an image not often associated with West Texas.

This was long exposure with an ND filter, right? Spectacular shot, looks straight out of a video game.
Actually the water was moving so fast, I just stopped my lens down all the way and was able to capture that motion without a filter!

Thanks! It's s captured using a long exposure, meaning the shutter was left open for a longer amount of time than usual. This is also how you get photos of stars that are invisible to the naked eye and the Milky Way.
