This looks like the scales on a reptile but i wonder how you got so close to a reptile because they are normally hostile to humans. Other things that have scales are fishes. So i guess its a fish.

Hola, me parece que se trata, de la patas de un dragón de Comodo.
Es mi segundo intento. La primera vez, me pareció ver las patas de un dragón de komodo. Luego revisando bien los detalles, observo bastante similitud con la para de una IGUANA. Espero acertar esta vez.
Reminds me of my high school prom date. she always complained the skin of her feet were too rough.
Also, she loved to swim, so, maybe she was part waterfowl?

I'm gonna guess either a snake, leather, or a bird's foot. If it is a bird then it has to be a water bird because of the webbing.
Edit: Read the other comments and can see it's not a snake or leather, as well as that it is a foot of some sort (but not from a duck or goose). Has to be some sort of water bird with the webbed feet. What I don't know though.

At first I thought it looked like the skin of a lizard, but looking closer, it looks like the top of a webbed foot of some sort. (Updated; Is it the foot of some type of Gecko lizard?)

Se parece a una pata de ave que tienen esas membranas, como las de patos. Pero, pero por su textura de piel, también asemeja a víboras, por lo escamoso.
