Subconscious during the Sleep Phase

Hey dear community, at the beginning I hope that you are all well and that you have a great start to the weekend! In this post, I would like to talk a little about the subconscious and hope you are able to learn new things.

In this post, I would like to talk about the subconscious and describe in more detail what happens while you sleep where especially theta waves are active in the brain, which are in a range between 4 and 8 Hz and during this state the consciousness is largely switched off. If you later fall into deep sleep, the phases change and the brain waves become slower and slower and later especially the delta brain waves are active which are in a frequency range between 0.5 - 4 Hz and in this state you have completely detached yourself from consciousness and enter the world of the subconscious and thus come to information that are otherwise not so easy accessible and interesting is also that even in this phase of deep sleep you perceive the things that take place around you and when sounds around you are perceptible, they are stored deep in the subconscious and this absorption of information during sleep is a good example of the complex way of working of the subconscious. This property can be used specifically to influence the learning behavior and if you listen to subliminal messages during sleep, they are stored particularly well in the brain and the more regularly you listen to them, the better they are absorbed and remain stored deep in our subconscious and here it also depends on what information takes place and if sounds take place in the background like annoying noises, this can lead to you feeling more stressed and sleep more restless. During sleep, all the information or experiences that you have made in the last few days are also analyzed and classified and the dream state can also be considered as a key to the hidden inner self and goes hand in hand with revelation or insights. It can also be said that dreams are a reflection of the subconscious in which life events are processed and there are numerous external influences that can influence sleep behavior and the entire atmosphere and the entire perception in which you are located has a huge influence.
