Not the Kellogs kind of frosties.
Finally a morning of sub zero temperatures and of course I had to dust off the camera. Yes quite literally because I have been neglecting photography and according to the memory card it had been almost a month the last time anything was captured to it.
I've been waiting for a beautiful morning like this and I almost missed it because I slept in late. I put on some clothes real fast, woke up doge and out we went to explore the pretty morning.
Shot with the Nikon D750 and Sigma 85mm f/1.4.
My failed attempt at growing sunflowers, they didn't get to bloom before sub zero.
And here's the content you care about, DOGE. Upvote for the doge, she needs to earn her keep.
Hopefully soon, makes for a cleaner home too when doges bring less dirt inside.

I like taking the dogs for a walk and then looking back at the trail we leave in the frost. We are getting to about -2 at night now.
Frosty footprints are cute. We’ve only had a few sub zero nights, I think the sea is so warm still that it keeps us nice and moist for a bit. It’s my first autumn here so it’s all new to me.
Very nice images. I don't really like the cold, but it gives opportunities to take beautiful photos like you did.
I don’t like feeling cold but I like the cold weather, you just gotta dress for it :)

Yes please! The next couple months are the worst time of the year because everything soon turns brown and the sun rises only for a half a day, it’s extremely dark and depressing 😅 The snow is a savior because it makes everything pretty and white.
