They are. And you can get a map where they are placed and do you own hunt ;) Fun for tourists and kids (and me).

Now if that was my city, they would have all been stolen and sold for scrap metal :(
Haha The city started to put the very first ones many years ago, and one was constantly stolen!
Now they all have some gps system in them, or something. Plus very heavily attached to the ground. Maybe there are even cameras pointing at that. Not sure.
