Yellow must be the most popular spring colour. When the flowers finally start to bloom is seems like its just yellow and yellow and more yellow everywhere.
It's the Wattle, the dandelions, oxalis, lupines, Ulex...
A yellow sea...
And it has started. I saw some small and shy oxalis popping here and there and the wild growing Ulex aka Gorse bush is slowly opening the buds.
See?
They are ready to strike again!
And I am very happy to see it. They look amazing, smell amazing, bees love them, they are just not very friendly with all those really sharp thorns.
