Some prefer tea over coffee, some of them do not prefer neither coffee nor tea. Some of them debate it is bad for health while some suggest it is good if taken in limited quantity. Too much of anything is good for nothing. Excessive consumption of coffee or tea is bad for health.
Few of them have started consuming green tea, herbal tea without adding milk. It sounds to be a good option.
