Yesterday I wasn’t feeling well, so I skipped my morning walk.
It’s a simple thing, but it still felt a bit disappointing because it also meant I missed a day for my 365 day photo project. I’ve been trying to keep the routine steady, one day, one set, one small story. When you’re doing a project like this, you start to treat consistency like a promise you made to yourself, and breaking it, even for a valid reason, can feel heavier than it should.
But anyway, that’s life.

Some days you have energy, some days you don’t. Some days you show up, and some days you just need to rest and let the day pass without forcing anything. I’m slowly learning to accept that. Missing a day doesn’t erase the days that came before it, and it doesn’t mean the project is over. It just means I’m human.
Today, I felt better, and I managed to go for a walk again. Nothing dramatic, just the usual quiet movement, the familiar path that isn’t really straight because I always get distracted by plants. I brought my phone, and I captured a few photos that felt right for how I’m feeling now.
This set is mostly about contrast. A flower trying to open, surrounded by darker leaves, and then the leaves themselves, curled, spotted, and slowly fading. I like how black and white makes these details feel more honest. It doesn’t romanticize too much, but it still finds beauty in the textures, the bends, the imperfections. It’s like the garden is saying, you can bloom, you can wilt, you can pause, you can return.
So yes, I skipped yesterday. But I’m here today, and that’s enough.
Have a great day ahead, and thank you for viewing my photos.

No choice man, sometimes routine can be break by unpredicted events too
Yes that's right. Thank you
