This looks piquant. Actually, I don't know about Rhubarb but your post let me know about some of its uses. I would search for it in detail and will let you know if i came to know something new.

Glad you found it helpful! Rhubarb sort of tastes like a sour veggie, but it is considered a fruit in the US. It was my first time using it in my cooking.
