You were so smart, early on, in deciding not to show the process -- just the finished product. Like Julia Childs always stressed, nobody is watching when you drop the chicken on the floor. Just rinse it off and keep on cooking! What happens in the kitchen, stays in the kitchen. Only the food comes out! I think the cauliflower would taste even better than the blooming onion, too! But you will get that Bleeping Blooming Onion figured out! Maybe after SteemFest2!
