Today consisted of the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC. A very sombering experience of the atrocities committed by the Nazis between 1930s to 1940s.

A beautiful room of remembrance for those that lost their lives during the Nazi atrocities.
If you have a chance, visit this beautiful and very sobering museum. Honor those that gave the ultimate sacrifice.
I have never been a history buff, but I came across a documentary about the Holocaust on Netflix and for some reason decided to watch it. I didn't make it through the entire series. It was very sad and I never even knew just how far things had went during this time. It was heartbreaking.
