One very easy way to Get a driving Shot from one Vehicle to another Vehicle to capture the beauty of the nature but be careful by doing this because it is very dangerous. By doing this get great shots of moving road and wheels, the safe side is you probably shoot from the window side.
My Toyota Aqua 1.5 Hybrid Car was moving at the speed of 73 KM/H when I took this photo, later i realized that speed limit was 40 and this rule breaking thing is captured in my own Camera.

I too have an aqua Hybrid car. But I never try to capture a photo when driving as it is dangerous as our attention goes away of driving.
