Best time of the year, no question about it. I loved spring during the time I stayed in the States. I could not believe my eyes the first time I saw cherry trees full of flowers, not a single leaf. A marvellous spectacle to the eye.

They scared me when I drove. So many accidents in the Athens, oh/west virginia area caused by deers. They are beautiful creatures but...

Thank you. I do not domesticate them, but want to keep them healthy. This particular doe always knows where I am if I am hiding in the woods. She lets me know how unhappy she is about me being too near. Last fall she was the only one who spotted me 15 feet up a tree on a tree stand. I saw many deer before December but she knew I was up there.
We have not had as many road kill this winter as in some. I just hope they do not go off looking for food and get near the highway.
Hahaha. That is amazing.
Let's hope they remain away from cars. It is a unique feeling to establish that kind of connection with wild animals.
