A client asked for some images of a model for an upcoming publiation that they're putting together. They wanted to capture Amber as Poision Ivy. The costume was made by her sister, as was make up. They arrived at my house around midday on a Saturday, and we got to work, after I rearranged the lounge room to become a makeshift studio, as I always do with shoots conducted in and around my home.
We rotated through a few different lighting set ups and poses, and in post production I gave each image a greenish tinge to go along with the persona of Poison Ivy.
This particular get up was based on the Uma Thurman depiction of the character.
We also headed outside to the park near my house, which has a small creek, to take a few outdoor images. I can't resist using a flash outdoors, it seems to be my specialty.
