Here are some photo's taken by me in 2012.
I've been following up and traveling to Egypt to many times, yet it keeps on calling my name.
Around right now would be the first time since a year that have not traveled back there and it feels weird. The Egyptian people are so beautifully kind, and the street art that was once part of the burst of freedom, the Arab spring. Is painted over and over again, carefully by the army and police.
Egyptian voices silenced forever, the people got trapped, strapped from the freedom they all thought they once could have.
I am looking for more snaps from Egyptian street art in 2011 12 and 13. If you are reading this and know some one who would like to share a picture on this topic or talk about on discord. Please send me an email or post it in the discord link at the bottom of this page.

Can you help me find the artists and stories behind these portraits and graffiti paintings. I've seen them disappear to often these beautiful paintings on the streets of Cairo back in those days. When the world got sparked and people demanded change of power.
However the military take over with Sisi as a new dictator is basically a fact. Don't we all know how he stays in power?
Imprisonment of all political opponents that are out there in Egypt. Every voice that challenge state owner ship. Trapped on the top of the pyramid. Sitting on a goldmine. Egypt is chained, scared of the military spider. Army is everywhere always raiding peoples homes, prices rising, no more food on the table, no more metro to ride for 1 pound. Where is it going?
