Such a tragic accident and there are still so many unanswered questions. I have discussed this situation with my higher level students many times and it doesn't matter how many times I talk about it, it still chokes me up to think that all those children lost their lives that way.
All we can do know is learn, and implements sanctions and laws so that this tragedy never be repeated.
