I'm late - we have been visiting my parents and just have come home.

As far as I know it is different in Japan, where it is common to sleep at work, but I think they do it for minutes only.
It is called power-napping I believe, but even if I was allowed, I couldn't sleep at work - I need some silence and time to fall asleep, and it has to be dark ;)

I think I read that as well they have a culture of power naps, short 5 or ten minute Naps, I don't think I could get used to that idea, but i guess it works for them

Yes, I think, they can sleep anywhere and nobody minds.

I am not sure I would like today its the weekend and I am still awake and up at 5Am LOL

I was up at 5am too and have just before come back from a short trip to an almost cloudless sunrise in Slovenia.
The kids are somewhere playing Paintball and the weather is beautiful, so I think I'll go for a walk with my wife after lunch.

Well you are doing better than me, the temp this morning is about -7C so I stayed indoors it may hit 40 F this afternoon so a chance to go for a walk, but will see how the days go

I did paintball a few times with army buddys, so much fun but can also be painful LOL
