At first I thought i was doomed, i tried rotating the photo on my computer before uploading but to no avail. I looked it up and after 5 minutes it became clear that i was not the only one experiencing this problem. Other articles suggested editing the photo in a way which i had no experience in doing.. Stumped i made a last ditch effort to upload them first to https://imgbb.com/.

At this point I'm not sure if this is simply due to the site resizing the photo or simplifying the properties to perhaps remove an auto rotate feature.
