Yes... that's it... You wouldn't leave your childs nappy on the street, so what makes it any difference with dog poops? Btw..I heard that in UK, the dog owners have to register the DNA of their pet, so that they can directly find out who have to be responsible for such offence. Is that true?
That would be great. That such a thing is expensive is not really an argument. Just let the offender pay for all the cost related to the offense case. If they think it's too expensive for their wallet, they might learn to clean their mess. :-D
I know it's not ideal, but some people really can only learn in the hard way.

@kobold-djawa yes there have been certain areas that have tried to implement this as there has been persistant offenders. The only problem is if the owners are so irresponsible not picking the poop up more or likely they will not register the DNA.So the councils are trialing this to see if it will work.

If you have a dog in the UK it is the law since Apr 2016 to implant a chip with owners detail. If you fail to do so you will be fined £500.But many do not find out DNA.As it is not mandatory alot wont do it.So it wont make much of a difference.

It really does make me angry as i have to be really careful when i take my kids to the park.yep i have had the stroller incidence too.just know consideration.Oh and dog poop is worse then human poop.lol.it really is.

I think people will be more detered with a very big financial fine and maybe criminal offence for those persistant offenders. It amazes me all around the world we all have the same problems.💛 (😂 This is the most pooy convo i have had on steemit but it struck a cord with me as it makes me mad😡

In Málaga (German text) they are testing to take the DNA of every dog now ...

That is fab.Atleast the pets will have owners and you will no who exactly there owners are, as they should be responsible! This subject matter really infuriates me.I totally understand where @kobold- djawa is coming from.I think it is a world wide issue.I just thought it was just the UK.Hopefully with the latest new ways of tackling may reduce the problem👍🏼
