There are two prides of Nepal - mountains and the water sources. In all of these photos, one can see one of the major river of Nepal known as Trisuli river. The river is named after the trident of one of the fierce Hindu god- Lord Shiva. In Nepali the trident is known as "Trisul". Originally the river flows from Tibet. At a place called Gosaikunda in Nepal myth tells that Lord Shiva hit the ground with his trident to create the source of this river. Hence the river is named after his weapon. The length of this river is 200 km and mixed into the Narayani river that later mixes into Ganges of India. There is one major hydropower project that produces 21 MW electricity from this fast flowing river. Many other such projects are under construction or in final phase. This river is also famous here for rafting purposes.

It is not looking fierce right now at the moment since the water level doesn't increase during the winter and it doesn't rain often. When it rains, the river looks dirty as the rain carries the soil from the land and then mixes into the river.
