“Lady Baltimore” lives in an enclosure on the top of Mt. Roberts in Juneau, Alaska, the capitol city of the State of Alaska.
She was diberatelt shot through the beak with a 22 rifle, but was found and recovered. It was originally believed she was male and given the name “Lord Baltimore”. The name was later changed to “Lady Baltimore when her sex was correctly identified. While she feels most comfortable in her mountain top enclosure, she does visit schools and performs other public education responsibilities.
