I take my time making decisions; in fact, I analyze everything before taking action. That's why I try to stay calm. If I'm angry, I breathe and then make decisions. But I must admit that when I'm very angry, my response is immediate. I don't think, I act. But I immediately distance myself from the people who make me angry, not without first telling them how I feel and sometimes even giving them a good punch. Excuse me, I have a very strong temper. I already told you, when I'm angry I'm similar to one of those wounded animals; nothing matters to me.

God can always do a better job than we can at setting things right. We are to hand injustices to Him and He will deal with it.
Proverbs has many verses about anger that might assist in a different attitude when the situation calls for it.
