Rock Bridge Memorial Park located in Columbia, Mo. hosts plenty of trails for all ages as well as the biggest attraction at the park. The Devil's Icebox "Conners Cave". The cave offers everything from simple exploring with the little ones to a guided all out spelunking adventure which lasts from June to August. 
After a short .5 mile hike you will reach the entrance to the cave.
Once you enter you will notice a large opening above you. Head left til you see the Conner's Cave sign.
Now that your in, go as far as you feel comfortable. We chose to stop when we got to a point where you had to crawl. There are sections that require scuba gear.
