Hi there my Hivean friends and followers!
Welcome to my regular photography series where I share interesting sunset pictures with you. The one that I am going to show you today would probably be a better fir for a purple hour post because of the unusual coloration but it really was taken just before the sunset so let me put it here :)
Now if you have ever been to Krakow, Poland you might also be a bit confused about the location of this picture since there is officially no such thing as an "amusement district" of the city. That´s just my own term describing the area around the two most iconic rides of the city - the Krakow Eye ferris wheel and the Dobra Atmosfera helium balloon. There is also a large riverfront right next to these two attractions that is covered with fancy bars and cool restaurants and is therefore very popular with both young locals as well as tourists. So yeah, I think the term "amusement district" is actually quite aptly here :)
I took the picture yesterday while roaming along the Wisla River. It was a nice and quite warm day. Today has actually been even warmer and sunnier so far but I will not be sunset hunting this evening...

Cloudy golden hour, it seems the sky was covered full clouds afrer you had taken the photo. Is it cold in Krakow at this time of autumun?
It already was cold in here, last week. Almost freezing during the night. But the last few days have been unusually warm (around 20 degrees). Still very early autumn here, most of the leaves still on the trees haha :)
