I am not sure why I started sharing aspects of my life, but it felt comfortable when I started, and last year around this time I was going through a lot with my wife in hospital with early stage kidney failure and on the people we care for in at the same time. Lucky my wife recovered (mostly), although the person we cared for I brought home knowing she was go to die (heart failure). She was with us 18 years. Anyway I received a lot of support during that time from followers and it helped me get through it. Now I am mostly an open book.
