I like the color of the sky, it looks like as if the photo was taken on the arctic because the atmosphere looks very thin.
The water is red and the stones too so it gives a nice contrast between blue and red, that makes it look like a painting.

It's been a while so I don't totally recall. I know I removed noise and applied a glamour filter. Likely made it more vivid too.

LOL. I was admiring the beautiful landscape and scenery and realized there was a lady standing there. It actually kind of distracted me a bit because I'm not exactly sure what she's doing and the black is so abrupt. Would love to see her in long, flowing brown or orange chiffon or something to show movement of air or something. Just a thought for composition. :)
