📷 Ferris Wheel

in #photography6 years ago

This ferris wheel is located in the lovely city of Gdansk, Poland. Its height is about 50 m, and as any such attraction, it offers magnificent views of the city. However, it’s somewhat unusual that since its first installation in 2014 it has already moved at least twice — once I saw it myself, having arrived there six months after this shot, and I heard about the second move. This is an interesting decision to periodically change the views that are open from the height — and it will be more interesting for citizens to visit it over and over again. If I am read by Poles who know something about this, you can clarify or add something to my information :)

This post is my entry for the PhotoFeed Contest #2 - Long Exposure Photography. Join now or vote for the participants!
