Here I am visiting Galata Tower located in the Beyoğlu area in Istanbul. It was a beautiful Tuesday afternoon but that is not the best time to visit the tower. Why you ask? Well, for one it is the most busy time you can go. Too many tourists waiting in line to walk the stairs up to the top.
Although situated on the European side of Istanbul you are able to enjoy a panoramic view of the "Old Town" as well as the Asian side of Istanbul and the Bosphorus, the straight between the sea of Marmara and the Blacksea.
