Just in time for the film, Hampstead, I have decided to take you to Hampstead Heath in London, among the best parks in the world!!
We caught the tube aka 'underground' to Hampstead (northern line to Edgeware). It is the only true escape from the hussle and bussle of the London. Beats Hyde Park, Green Park hands down.
Hampstead is the only park in London where you can truly feel you are not in London. The large trees block out the surrounding buildings and you could just as easily be in the forests of Brazil or Australia.
Perfect to walk dogs, play a spot of tennis and certainly a woodland stroll. I certainly recommend a gorgeous picnic.
