Napoleon Hill war ein US-Amerikanischer Schriftsteller. Er befasste sich intensiv mit der Optimierung der eigenen Lebensqualität. So studierte er über einen Zeitraum von 20 Jahren, im Auftrag von Andrew Carnegie, Menschen die in verschiedenen Gebieten Extrem erfolgreich waren.
Aus seinen Studien leitete er eine gemeinsame Erfolgsphilosophie, die die rund 500 Millionären zum Erfolg brachten, ab.
