Oh wow. This is amazing. I like to think that someone related to those in these pictures may one day stumble across them and be excited that you preserved them like this.
Such a cool idea and one that lets us look back in time at a simpler time.

Yeah, I've often wondered how this kind of stuff winds up at Goodwill or estate sales but it seems to happen quite often. You would think there would be family members out there who would want it.
The story of how these items make it to the shops is probably as interesting as the stories we could make up about the photos themselves.
Unfortunately, many probably never knew their family heirlooms were being thrown out like this. Even more valuable that you are preserving them for future generations to discover.
