5:30AM, only 9°C, this August morning was a very cold flight, but the skies were definitely worth it. Just look at the color and views.
The clouds were keeping the sun shaded, which didn't help warm me up any.
I make my way to the river valley to hopefully catch some rays of light, while my fingers freeze, haha!
Ahhh, and there it is. Worth every moment.
Even found some overnight kayaker's down on the islands waving up, a good spot for me to go camp for an overnight I think as well soon.
Dugouts reflecting the clouds, waiting for some warm rays as well I'm sure.
