In this Photoshop Tutorial, Learn How to Create Dramatic Sunset and Necklace glow Effects by using Photoshop cc.

In this tutorial Add Soft light effect to this photo.

Here's the image I'll be using:

Lady, Sunlight, ground, Necklace
